I was immediately smitten when Miniatures.com reached out to me with their fall line of miniatures.
I decided to decorate the front porch of the Littlest Vintage Cottage (my dollhouse) for fall.
Before I could decorate the porch, my dollhouse needed a porch!
I used two posts left over from the dollhouse staircase and glued the skinny sticks to those.
I stained it and placed it next to the dollhouse. It fits perfectly under the trim along the bottom of the dollhouse.
I also needed to attach the front door to my dollhouse.
I used these dollhouse hinges... look how tiny!
After finally getting the door attached, I have a new respect for people who build dollhouse furniture. I had a heck of a time getting those teeny-tiny nails in place and hammered in!
I had to get my glasses because I couldn't even see them let alone place them! 👀 So don't judge my crooked hinge.
To decorate the new porch for fall, I started with a cute jack-o-lantern and a hay bale.
I added the tiny little doorknob to the door, isn't it cute?
