Upcycled Dutch Shoe Christmas Decoration
Lately, I've been busy creating some fun little Christmas goodies for my handmade shop, LVC Handmade, and what luck it's time for another Do-It-Over-Designers Challenge!
If you are new, we are a group of designers who take something old and/or unused and 'do it over' into something new. These items can be found in closets, barns, garages, yard sales, thrift stores, you name it!
This time, I'm upcycling a little white ceramic dutch shoe that's been hanging around in my craft supplies for a couple of years now and creating a cute Christmas decoration with it!

I always thought this would be cute with something in it but I just never got around to it, but this challenge was the kick in the pants I needed this time!
As I was playing around with different containers and bases for the Christmas things I was making for my shop, I pulled out this shoe once again, just like I had many times before. Inspiration never hit previously and it always ended up back in the stash. But this time I found some large wooden thread spools that looked like wheels to me!
PIN ME!!
Totally adorable! The wheels are too perfect! The whole creation is just too cute!
